Our teachers make mischievous children come to school regularly without giving any punishment.

What do we do if the child misbehaves a lot? We normally try to explain. Usually result is punishment, knowingly or unknowingly, if he does not understand even with that effort. But our teacher Sonalben used different tact to rescue Sumeet and Naitik, studying in her class, from their misadventures.

There was a shortage of teachers in primary school in Kunbargam of Narmada district. KRSF placed

Sonalben as a supplementary teacher to fill that gap. Sonalben was also provided our training in child rearing. Naitik and Sumeet were in Sonalben's class. Of course, both come to school but both would leave school, leaving their bags behind, with the excuse of going to washroom. They would go to the river and take a long time taking bath there. Their mischief in the class is also of different type. The whole class would get annoyed by it. They seemed to come to school only for disturbance. Parents of both also know their misbehavior. They assumed that their children would not go further in studies.

Sonalben properly interpreted mischiefs of both of them and made various efforts to normalize their

behavior and regularize their presence in the school. Instead of rebuking them, she took a different path and participated herself in their disturbance. Sonalben loved them as her own kids. She, very calmly and lovingly, explained the harm caused by this fracas. They slowly and gradually calmed down and ultimately, they started to attend school regularly.

The parents could not believe their eyes when they saw this surprised change. However, their hearts felt coolness. No child will think of leaving school if there are teachers like Sonalben in every school. We are proud to have teachers like Sonalben...

અમારા શિક્ષકો તોફાની બાળકોને કોઈ પણ સજા આપ્યા વિના નિયમિત શાળાએ આવતા કરીદે

બાળક બહુ તોફાન કરે તો આપણે શું કરીએ?

સમજાવવા પ્રયત્ન કરીએ.. પણ એ પ્રયત્નથી પણ ન સમજે તો? 

સામાન્ય રીતે સજા કરવાનું જાણે અજાણે થઈ જ જાય..

પણ અમારા શિક્ષીકા સોનલબહેને એમના વર્ગમાં ભણતા સુમીત અને નૈતિકને તેમના તોફાનમાંથી ઉગારવા જુદી રીતો પસંદ કરી.

નર્મદા જિલ્લાના કુનબરગામમાં પ્રાથમિકશાળામાં શિક્ષકોની ઘટ. KRSF એ સોનલબહેનને એ ઘટપૂર્તી માટે પૂરક શિક્ષક તરીકે મૂક્યા. બાળ ઘડતરની અમારી તાલીમ પણ સોનલબહેનને મળી. નૈતિક અને સુમીત સોનલબહેનના વર્ગમાં. બેય બાળકો નિશાળમાં આવે ખરા. પણ એકી પાણી માટે જવું છે એવું કહીને દફતર વર્ગમાં મુકી પહોંચી જાય નદીએ ને ત્યાં ભરપૂર નહાય. વર્ગમાં પણ એમની મસ્તી જુદા પ્રકારની. આખો વર્ગ એનાથી હેરાન થાય. નિશાળમાં માત્ર તોફાન માટે આવતા હોય એવું લાગે. બેયના આ તોફાન મા-બાપ પણ જાણે. એમને પોતાના બાળકો બહુ નહીં ભણે એવું લાગતું.

સોનલબહેને બેયના તોફાનને સમજ્યા ને એ તોફાનને હળવા કરવા, શાળામાં તેમને નિયમીત કરવા એમણે જુદા પ્રયત્નો આદર્યા. તોફાન સામે ઠપકો આપવાની જગ્યાએ એમની મસ્તીમાં એ પોતે પણ જુદી રીતે ભાગીદાર થયા. ને પછી પ્રેમથી આ મસ્તીથી શું નુકશાન થયું એ સમજાવ્યું. જેના લીધે ધીમે ધીમે આ બેય બાળકો શાંત થવા માંડ્યા. ઉપરાંત સોનલબહેન આ બેયને વહાલ પણ ઘણું કરે.. જેના લીધે બેઉ શાળામાં નિયમીત થયા. 

મા-બાપની તો આ પરિવર્તન જોઈ આંખો પહોંળી થઈ ગઈ. જો કે એમના જીવને હવે ટાઢક પણ પહોંચી.  

સોનલબહેન જેવા શિક્ષકો દરેક શાળામાં હોય તો એક પણ બાળક શાળા છોડીને જવાનું વિચારી નહીં એ નક્કી.. અમારી પાસે સોનલબહેન જેવા શિક્ષક હોવું ગૌરવ...
