Any teacher's biggest achievement: When students start to listens to the teacher and act accordingly

Shri Pratulbhai Shroff personally visited the school

Small village of Motaa Dodisara, Sabarkantha..... As soon as school recess bell rang, children used to go helter-skelter. They did not like coming back to the classes. Noticing this the teachers and principal of the school exercised some tact to encourage them to be punctual.

Due to shortage of teachers in schools Dr. K R Shroff Foundation placed Anilbhai as a teacher in this school. He specializes in teaching children who are weak in reading and writing. He also takes special ''Sanskar Sinchan'' classes to nurture cultural and moral values in kids. His technique attracted children to this class. So, management decided to switch ''Sanskar Sinchan'' classes immediately after recess. If it happens that there is no such class, they started other activities in which children were more interested.

As a result, children started resuming classes immediately after recess.

Students quietly listens to Atulbhai 

The parents of the children studying in this school were also satisfied that their children passed the Chief Minister's Gyan Sadhana exam. 41 children put in tremendous efforts for the exam. 12 kids secured positions in merit list and 5 kids got scholarship. This happened for the first time in the history of the school. Anilbhai played a significant role in this endeavor. Other school teachers also supported him. This teamwork bore the fruits of success.

Pratulbhai Shroff, founder of K R Shroff Foundation visited this small but beautiful school. Principal of the school Shri Vasantbhai Damor thanked him for appointing a teacher like Anilbhai. He spoke in detail about positive change in the attitude and aptitude of the children due to ''Sanskar Sinchan'' as part of KRSF activities.

He is happy that the team work of government and KRSF is bearing good fruits.

School principle talked about the positive change

મોટા ડોડીસરા સાબરકાંઠાનું નાનકડુ ગામ. નિશાળમાં રીષેશ પડે ને બાળકો આડા અવળા થઈ જાય. વર્ગખંડમાં આવવું એમને ન ગમે. શાળાના શિક્ષકો અને આચાર્ય શ્રીએ આ બાબત નોંધી અને બાળકો સમયપાલન કરતા થાય તે માટે કવાયત હાથ ધરી.

શાળામાં શિક્ષકોની ઘટ. તે અમે એટલે કે ડો. કે.આર.ક્ષોફ ફાઉન્ડેશને શિક્ષક તરીકે અનીલભાઈને આ શાળામાં મુકેલા. તેઓ વાંચન લેખનમાં નબળા હોય તે બાળકોને ભણાવે. સાથે સંસ્કાર સિંચનના ક્લાસ પણ લે. આ કલાસ બાળકોને ખુબ ગમે. તે રિષેશ પછી તુરત સંસ્કાર સિંચનના ક્લાસ અને એ ક્લાસ ન હોય તો બાળકોને રુચી પડે તે પ્રમાણેની પ્રવૃતિઓ શરૃ કરાવી. પરિણામે બાળકો રિષેશ પછી તુરત વર્ગમાં આવતા થયા.

આ શાળામાં ભણતા પોતાના બાળકોએ મુખ્યમંત્રી જ્ઞાન સાધનાની પરિક્ષા પાસ કરી એનાથી બાળકોના વાલીઓ રાજી. 41 બાળકોએ પરિક્ષાની જબરજસ્ત તૈયારી કરે એમાંથી 12 મેરીટીમાં આવ્યા ને 5 ને સ્કોરશીપ મળી. આવું શાળામાં પ્રથમવાર થયું હતું. અનીલભાઈની આમાં મહત્વની ભૂમિકા એમને સાથ આપ્યો શાળાના અન્ય શિક્ષકોએ.આમ ટીમવર્કથી સરસ કામ થયું.

નાનકડી પણ મજાની શાળાની મુલાકાત KRSF ના સ્થાપક પ્રતુલભાઈ શ્રોફે  લીધી. ત્યારે શાળાના આચાર્ય શ્રી વસંતભાઈ ડામોરે અનીલભાઈ જેવા શિક્ષક એમને આપવા માટે આભાર માન્યો ને સંસ્કાર સિંચનની KRSFની પ્રવૃતિથી બાળકોના વર્તનમાં કેવો ફરક પડ્યો તેની વિગતે વાત કરી.. 

સરકાર અને KRSF ના ટીમવર્કથી મજાનું કામ થઈ રહ્યાનો એમને આનંદ..
