When villagers realize their duty towards the school: The school can progress well.

We, KRSF has prepared great modules to teach children in a cheerful manner. According to this

module, children while playing can learn a great deal. But for that in a newly developed environment, an LED screen is required.

We placed our Devkiben as a teacher in 1st to 5th grade Primary School in Dolgarh, Himmatnagar,

Sabarkantha. There are three government teachers in the school. Though they are very committed, they cannot do justice to all the students of class 1 to 5. They proposed us for help and we appointed

Devkiben there as a supplementary teacher.

LED screen problem came up before Devkiben too while teaching children according to our module. Our usual organization discipline/principle is to encourage teachers and others to find their own way out of difficult situations. Devkiben knows that rule well, so she asked the villagers instead of asking us for the LED. Incidentally what happened was that, 15th August celebration came up. Villagers came to the school to celebrate Independence Day. Devkiben took advantage of occasion and expressed the concern to the villagers. The village enthusiastically brought her the LED. Here, we have to see that more important aspect was that Devkiben and other teachers of the school made an effort than the fact that the item was donated. More considerate part is that all the teachers and the principal impart the

valuable life lessons to a great extent to the children of this school.

Respected Pratulbhai specifically went to the school to see Devakiben's work. The parents of the village were also especially present that time. Children sang nursery rhymes on this occasion.

The parents of Dolgarh understand well that only school is not responsible for the children. They also have to contribute. And so they stood up for help. Kudos to such a well-groomed understanding!!!

બાળકોને મજા પડે એ રીતે ભણવવા અમે એટલે કે KRSF એ સરસ મોડયુઅલ તૈયાર કર્યા છે. આ મોડ્યુઅલ પ્રમાણે  બાળકો રમતા રમતા ભણી શકે.. પણ એના માટે LED સ્ક્રીન જોઈએ.

અમારા દેવકીબેનને શિક્ષક તરીકે અમે દોલગઢ પ્રાથમિક શાળામાં મુક્યા. સાબરકાંઠાના હિંમતનગરના દોલગઢમાં 1 થી 5 ધોરણની પ્રાથમિકશાળા. શાળામાં સરકારી શિક્ષકો ત્રણ. આ ત્રણેય ખુબ નિષ્ઠાવાળા. પણ 1 થી 5 ધોરણના બધા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ન્યાય આપવાનું એમનાથી ન થાય. અમને એમણે રજૂઆત કરી ને અમે દેવકીબેનને પૂરક શિક્ષક તરીકે ત્યાં મુક્યા. દેવકીબેન અમારા મોડ્યુઅલ પ્રમાણે બાળકોને ભણાવવા મથે પણ LED નો પ્રશ્ન આવ્યો. 

અમારી સંસ્થાનો નિયમ, મુશ્કેલ પરિસ્થિતિમાંથી જાતે રસ્તો શોધી કાઢવાનો. દેવકીબેન એ નિયમ બરાબર જાણે એટલે એમણે LED અમારી પાસે માંગવાની જગ્યાએ ગામલોકો પાસેથી માંગ્યું. 15 ઓગષ્ટનો કાર્યક્રમ. ગામલોકો સ્વતંત્રતા પર્વની ઊજવણી માટે શાળામાં આવ્યાને દેવકીબેને મુશ્કેલીની વાત કરી. 

ગામે ઉત્સાહભેર એમને LED લાવી આપ્યું. અહીંયા વસ્તુ દાનમાં મળી ગઈ એના કરતા દેવકીબેન અને શાળાના અન્ય શિક્ષકોએ પ્રયત્ન કર્યો એ મહત્વનું હતું. આ શાળાના બાળકોને બધા શિક્ષકો અને આચાર્ય શ્રી સરસ રીતે કેળવે..

આદરણીય પ્રતુલભાઈ દેવકીબેનની કામગીરી જોવા માટે ખાસ શાળામાં ગયા તે વેળા ગામના વાલીઓ ખાસ હાજર રહ્યા. બાળકોએ પણ બાળગીતો ગાયા.

બાળકો એ માત્ર નિશાળની જવાબદારી નથી એ દોલગઢના વાલીઓ બરાબર સમજે એટલે મદદ માટે એ ઊભા રહ્યા. આવી સરસ સમજણને પ્રણામ
