Recognizing Excellence: Honouring Teachers and Leaders in Bhiloda & Vijaynagar

Our team working in Bhiloda and Vijaynagar of Aravalli district met with respected Pratulbhai. Across these two talukas, there are more than 130 schools where teacher shortages have been addressed through the placement of supplementary teachers by Dr. K. R. Shroff Foundation (KRSF).

To ensure that these teachers uphold KRSF’s values and work ethos, a strong monitoring system has been established. Team leaders have been appointed to support the teachers—guiding them whenever they face challenges or need advice. These leaders also conduct regular evaluations of the teachers’ work.

When teachers demonstrate outstanding performance—by introducing creative activities for children, taking initiatives beyond their regular duties, or achieving notable improvements—their efforts are documented and recognized. Based on these evaluations, the best-performing teachers and team leaders are honored in various categories such as Best Teacher, Self-Improvement, Going Beyond Duty, and Best Leader.

During the recent meeting, the awardees from Bhiloda and Vijaynagar shared with Pratulbhai their inspiring stories and the innovative efforts that earned them these recognitions.

અરવલ્લીનાં ભિલોડા અને વિજયનગરમાં કામ કરતી અમારી ટીમના યશસ્વી કાર્યકરોને આદરણીય પ્રતુલભાઈ મળ્યા. બેય તાલુકાના મળીને કુલ ૧૩૦ થી વધુ શાળાઓમાં શિક્ષકોની ઘટ, એ બધી જ શાળાઓમાં ડૉ. કે. આર. શ્રોફ ફાઉન્ડેશન દ્વારા પૂરક શિક્ષકોને મૂકી તે ઘટને પૂરી કરી. હવે, તે શિક્ષકો KRSFના મૂલ્યો અને તેના DNA ને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને બરાબર તો ભણાવે છે કે નહિ? અને તેમને જો કોઈ મદદ, કે કોઈ બાબતમાં ના સમજ પડે, તો તે પણ પોતાના ઉપરીની સલાહ લઇ શકે માટે ટીમ લીડર મૂકવામાં આવ્યા. તે ટીમ લીડર તેમનું સતત મૂલ્યાંકન કરતા રહે. તેમની કોઈ સારી કામગીરી

હોય જેમકે તેમને કંઈક નવું કાર્ય બાળકો માટે કર્યું હોય, પોતાનીની ફરજથી વધારે બીજું કંઈક સારું કામ કર્યું હોય, તેમનામાં કોઈ સારો સુધારો લાવ્યા હોય તો તે વિશે તે જાણે અને નોંધે આ મૂલ્યાંકનનાં આધારે સર્વશ્રેષ્ઠ કામગીરી કરનાર કાર્યકરનું સન્માન થાય. ગત એક વર્ષ દરમિયાન આ બેય તાલુકામાં કામ કરનારા શિક્ષકો અને ટીમ લીડરોનું બેસ્ટ ટીચર, સેલ્ફ ઈમ્પ્રુવમેન્ટ, ગોઇંગ બિયોન્ડ ડ્યુટી અને બેટ લીડર જેવી કેટેગરીમાં અવ્વલ હતા તેમને પોંખ્યા. તે તમામે પોતાના કાર્યમાં એવું તે શું કર્યું કે તેઓ આ એવોર્ડના હકદાર બન્યા તેની વાત પ્રતુલભાઈ સમક્ષ કરી...
