When the teacher give importance to regularity, then the result of the school will be higher

We love if someone pats your back! 

It increases our enthusiasm to work more and more diligently.

We work with children and, of course, for them. Every month, we honor a teacher who has done an

excellent job from among the teachers we place in government schools to teach the children. Our team

leader, cluster head and zonal head often checks at regular intervals to see the work of our teachers placed by us in the taluka's Schools. They forward recommendation to us for honoring the teacher.

Bharatbhai teaches with different methods

We have placed more than 650 teachers in various government schools. Every month around 20/25

recommendations are received for the award out of which we select the best teacher. The award for

July 2023 went to our Bharatbhai Pardhi who was teaching in Khedbrahma school. Children are irregular in the school in which he is teaching. His role is significant among local high school teachers in regularizing the children. Due to this, the result of the school has also improved.

અમે બાળકો સાથે કામ કરીએ. બાળકોને ભણાવવા અમે સરકારી શાળાઓમાં મુકેલા શિક્ષકોમાંથી જેમણે ઉત્તમ કાર્ય કર્યું હોય તેવા શિક્ષકનું અમે દર મહિને સન્માન કરીએ. તાલુકામાં જેટલી પણ નિશાળમાં અમારા શિક્ષક મુક્યા હોય તેમનું કામ જોવાનું અમારા ટીમ લીડર, ક્લસ્ટર હેડ, ઝોનલ હેડ વખતો વખત કરે. એને એ લોકો જ આગળ શિક્ષકના સન્માન માટેની ભલામણ મોકલે. 

અમે 650 થી વધારે શિક્ષકો વિવિધ સરકારી શાળાઓમાં મુક્યા છે. દર મહિને લગભગ વીસ થી પચીસ અરજીઓ એવોર્ડ માટે આવે અને એમાંથી અમે ઉત્તમ શિક્ષની પસંદગી કરીએ.

જુલાઈ 2023નો એવોર્ડ ખેડબ્રહ્માની શાળામાં શિક્ષક તરીકે ફરજ બજાવતા અમારા ભરતભાઈ પારઘીને મળ્યો.

જે શાળામાં એ બાળકોને ભણાવે તે શાળામાં બાળકો અનિયમીત. સ્થાનીક હાઈસ્કૂલના શિક્ષકો સાથે મળી બાળકોને નિયમીત કરાવવામાં એમની ભૂમિકા મહત્વની. સાથે શાળાનું રીઝલ્ટ પણ સુધર્યું.
